Art, books, media, and community to encourage and equip ordinary saints.
In Christian art, the square halo identified a living person presumed to be a saint.
The work of Square Halo is to encourage and equip ordinary saints—aesthetically, theologically, and generationally.

SQUARE HALO 26
Come and be part of our annual conference celebrating Creativity, Collaboration, and Community! Our keynote speaker will be Curt Thompson, psychiatrist and a contributor to our book, Ordinary Saints. Our concert Saturday night will feature Jon Guerra.
MARCH 6-7, 2026 • LANCASTER, PA
Square Halo Books was founded with a commitment to publish extraordinary books for ordinary saints. From our initial vision to publish contextually sensitive biblical studies our range of books has blossomed to include works that seek to bring glory to God through every aspect of life. Some recent titles are shown to the left, but we encourage you to explore our entire catalog!

Listen in on conversations with the artists, writers, musicians, and thinkers who contribute to Square Halo. We explore ideas in and around our books, usually discussing themes of art, faith, imagination, and community.

Creativity, Community, and Collaboration are the hallmarks of our annual conferences. More than just PowerPoints and Big Talks, these are warm, welcoming, quirky events that include music, theater, art, food, and fellowship—with the goal of inspiring ordinary saints to take these good gifts home with them to their communities (and into The Neighborhood, our online community).
